We are now offering 30 minutes FREE Remote IT Support to new customers who are looking to use another IT Support service or maybe looking for an engineer to look at an issue that has been tolerated for a long time and it now needs resolving.


True to our word
Once we have allocated you a time slot following a brief telephone call we will get you to download our remote support software which will be run on the computer or server you wish to use the FREE 30-minute support session on. We will then take control and start looking at the issues you are experiencing. If the issue cannot be resolved within the FREE 30-minute session we will give you the best resolution to rectify the issue or an estimated cost on how long it will take us to resolve the issue for you. If you wish to instruct us to carry out the remote support call under our chargeable rate then we will advise what we require from your company to be able provide you with our service.
